How to register on Engel system :
1) Connect on the link https://ria2023-volunteers.org/
2) Create an account (with an email address)
3) Once you are in the system, there are two ways to register for volunteer shifts:
- Via the "Shifts" tab, select the dates and see the shifts that still need help. All shifts of all teams are collected there. To sign up, just click on "Sign up".
- Via the tab "Room", you can choose directly a specific team (bar, camping,...). You have to click on it and look at the shifts still available. And to sign up, just click on " Sign up ".
4) Once you have signed up for a shift, you will find that information on your profile. To find your profile you have to click on your username in the upper right corner. There you will also find all the information necessary for the smooth running of the shift (the address of the meeting point on the day, the contact person who will be responsible for the shift, the schedule, the description of things to know beforehand). The unsubscription to a shift is also done there.
